November 24-25

We have a two day week this week. We will use this week to review skills over all subject areas as well as do some fun "crafty" projects. We do not have school Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Safe travels and have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. I am thankful for all your wonderful children and your support for them and their education. Thanks.

Novemeber 10-14

This week there is no school on Tuesday (Veterans' Day) or Wednesday (report card pick-up). Please email me if you were unable to sign-up for a time to conference with me and pick-up your child's report card.

Since this week only has three school days we will not be having a book of the week. Instead, we will be reading books focusing on needs vs. wants. That will also be our social studies focus for the next couple of weeks. In math we will continue composing and decomposing numbers. For writing, we will be reviewing skills from first quarter.
